Every edge was extracted from PubMed and carries the independent papers behind it. Search a gene or disease to see what it links to and how many separate sources back each link, or paste a PMID / PubMed link to see what that one paper contributes to the graph. Each paper is listed under every identifier it can be reached by: its PMID, its PMCID where the full text is open, and its DOI. Each gene and disease carries its research ontology id alongside the clinical code that names the same thing.
